At Bone and Brine, every item is a unique, one-of-a-kind creation, sold as-is. We pour our heart into each piece. Due to their unique nature, we do not offer refunds, except in the rare event of damage occurring during shipping. We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at boneandbrinewitchery@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

When booking a tarot reading with Bone and Brine, please note that cancellations are free up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.Tarot readings are non-refundable. While we strive for insightful experiences, a second reading may be offered at the sole discretion of the Bone Lady if the initial reading is deemed unsatisfactory. Please remember that our insights are spiritual guidance and not a substitute for legal or health advice; take our divinations with a grain of salt. If you need clarification on any aspect of your reading, please do not hesitate to ask.
